Candidates aspiring to join Kalitta Charters as a Pilot-in-Command (PIC) of LearJet 35s, LearJet 45s, Falcon 20s, and Challenger 601s must meet stringent qualifications to ensure the highest standards of aviation excellence. Essential requirements include:
- Candidates must have a High School Diploma or GED
- Aviation Related College Degree preferred
- A valid unrestricted Driver’s License
- A valid unrestricted US Passport
- First Class Medical
- FAA Commercial Pilot License with an Instrument Rating
- FCC Restricted Radiotelephone Operator Permit
- PIC Typed in LR-JET, LR-45 and/or DA-20
- 2,000 Hrs of Total Time
- 1,000 Hrs of Multi-Engine Time

For those aiming to join as a Second-in-Command (SIC) of LearJet 35s and Challenger 601s, Kalitta Charters sets high standards to maintain safety and operational efficiency. Candidates must meet the following criteria:
- Candidates must have a High School Diploma or GED

- First Class Medical
